From a purchase of €100, shipping costs are free in the Benelux. Here is a brief overview of shipping costs for European countries.

- €8,30: The Netherlands
- €9,70: Luxembourg, Germany
- €10,60: France
- €14,60: Austria, Denmark
- €23,10: Italy, Czechia, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia
- €30,00: Spain, Croatia, Finland, Ireland, Romania, Sweden
- €38,40: Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal
We do not ship packages outside the EU.
We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:
• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout
• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay
Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area. If you don't have an account, you will be sent the track & trace number via email. This way you can track your package.
We will deliver products to you as soon as possible. Orders in the Benelux normally arrive within 2-5 workdays. Outside the Benelux orders normally arrive within 5-7 workdays of shipping. Please contact our customer service if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
