RETURN POLICY

At WEAR, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.



Conditions for Return

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.


How to Return Items
1. Webshop Returns:

  • Send your package in original state within 14 days, after you received it, to our address:

    Be aware! The cost of the return label is at your own expense.

  • It is also possible to bring back the package in the store. This needs to be done within 14 days to get a full refund. You will be refunded in the way you purchased the item.

    Within 15-30 days we are not able to give a refund, only a voucher or an exchange for another size or another product of the same value (or higher).

2. Physical Purchase Returns in store:

  • If you made a purchase in one of our physical stores, you have 14 days to bring the item in. You can only get an exchange for another size or another product of the same value (or higher).

3. Outlet Store Purchases:

  • Please note that returns for items purchased at our physical outlet stores are not accepted.
  • Outlet store purchases must be made with careful consideration, as all sales are final.


4. Webshop Outlet Shoes:

  • Shoes purchased from our webshop outlet section are also returnable within the 14 day window.
  • Follow the same return process as for regular webshop returns.


Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. When a gift card AND a debit card have been used, the gift card will be refunded first and then any outstanding amount that was done with a debit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Exceptions
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Shoes or clothing with signs of usage will not be accepted. Do you find traces of use on your received items? Please let us know as soon as possible at web@wear-store.be
