If you wish to return an item for exchange, or if you have decided not to keep it, please follow the instructions on the postcard received with your delivery and return the products to us in their original packaging.

*Beauty products, beachwear, underwear, jewellery and items from our archive are non-returnable. Shoes or clothing with signs of usage will not be accepted. Do you find traces of use on your received items? Please let us know as soon as possible at

We expect the goods to be securely wrapped. You have the responsibility for the parcel/goods until we receive it, so keep the postal receipt as well as the tracking number. You are to pay the costs of returning the goods if you change your mind.

Did you buy items from our sales? Then there are 2 options:

1. Return the entire order? We will arrange a refund of the full amount.

2. Do you return only 1 item from the sale? Unfortunately, the sale condition has then expired, requiring us to deduct the discount obtained from the item ordered.



When you buy outlet shoes from our webshop. You can return them but you will receive only a gift card as a payback. No cash refund possible.



Once we receive the item, we will review it and you will receive the amount you paid to us when you purchased the item. If our conditions regarding returns and “used goods” have been kept. We will initiate a refund within 30 days after the notice of cancellation was received. We reserve the right to pause the payment until the goods are received or transmitted proof that the item is returned.

The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment that you paid with.



You may lose the right to receive back your money, in whole or in part.
This happens if the product is impaired because: 

- You have actually taken the product into use,
- It has been damaged while you were responsible for it,
- You have used the items in another way than was required in order to maintain the shape, characteristics and the way they function.
- You did not follow the requirements of our return policy regarding sealing, product type etc.


This return policy is not valid in our stores. The store’s policy can be found in the stores at checkout and on your receipt.
